University of Ottawa - "Human and Environment Physiology Research Unit"
The University of Ottawa is currently looking for volunteers, male and female (aged 18-75 years) with and without type 2
diabetes and/or hypertension to participate in a study assessing how aging can affect your ability to perform exercise. The information gained from this study will help establish evidence-based guidelines to protect the health and safety of all individuals who perform regular physical activity, especially in the heat.

Do you have persistent or permanent
Join our Exercise Study! It seeks to compare the effectiveness of two exercise
programs (moderate-intensity continuous exercise, or high-intensity interval exercise)
on fitness and quality of life.
Participants will have health measures taken, undergo exercise tests, complete
questionnaires and participate in one of two 12-week exercise
